Digital Presentation Skills Essentials Beginners

About the course

This 2 x half-day online programme will provide you with the practical skills and tools to design virtual presentations and deliver them via Zoom.

You will learn the basics of designing a virtual presentation on platforms such as PowerPoint and Canva. Learn about some training aids to help engage your audience and enhance your virtual presentation. There is also time to practice on some of the platforms discussed in the course.

Finally, you will learn about the new world of blended learning as well as investigating the current top learning trends and what a modern learner wants and needs from a virtual course.

Who is the course for?

This course is for anyone who designs presentations or courses for virtual delivery.

If you are now delivering training online or are hosting virtual meetings, then this course will enable you to design effective and engaging presentations, courses or slides and some tips ad tricks when presenting on Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Course outcomes

By the end of the programme participants will:

Have learnt about presentation platforms
Have the knowledge and skills to design a basic virtual presentation
Learn about creating virtual forms and embedding videos into a presentation
Have been introduced to some virtual training aids
Learned some tips and tricks for presenting on Zoom
